Kaniz was born into an entrepreneur family in Tanzania, East Africa. Her role model was her late father, Hussein Dhirani. He was a self-made successful businessman and a great father to Kaniz and her sister. From the time she was a little girl all she dreamed of was having a happy family and being a successful entrepreneur like her father.
In her early 20's, she moved to Canada in the 80"s to start a new life in an arranged marriage. After a devastating period during her divorce, she was left to care for 3 of her young children. As a single mom.
That was the beginning of LADYBUG., She developed the idea of Ladybug Driving School in 2003 through Douglas College. Her primary vision was to empower women and individuals who were facing hardship to get the basic goal of being a driver.
Since then, Kaniz was actively involved with the community and has supported and awarded, a non-profit organization including MADD Greater Vancouver Chapter. She was also recognized in the 2010 ICBC annual report.
As a certified Life Coach. She is constantly developing and refining new idea’s for her company, students, friends, and family. Living in British Columbia, Canada,
