In 2005 we were recognized in a news article "back into the driver's seat"
In 2007 by MADD and featured in the 2010 ICBC annual report.
Since 2018, we are the only Driver Education, that supports individuals who have
pre-approvals from their Physician who have Autism, Epilepsy, or PTSD from a car accident.
Our Personal Coaching session is a safe place for you to talk about your struggles and fears in life. A place to explore and find tools for an empowered life. No matter what you are going through, know that we are here to support you and help you move through it.
It's a coaching program that can be tailored to your personal needs and supports you patiently by holding your hand during a difficult time, helping you study and understand yourself and your fears at your own pace. While helping you identify your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
For the entrepreneurs, our Business Coaching has helped the self-employed. Whether they are a follower or leader. We empower them to recognize and align with their own skills to achieve the highest levels of success in their business. A passion to sustain long term business goal. Whether they are starting out and need guidance on the “HOW TO” skills or balancing work/life relationship. to reach their full potential.

Kaniz was born into an entrepreneur family in Tanzania, East Africa. Her role model was her late father, Hussein Dhirani. He was a self-made successful businessman and a great father to Kaniz and her sister. From the time she was a little girl all she dreamed of was having a happy family and being a successful entrepreneur like her father.
In her early 20's, she moved to Canada in the 80"s to start a new life in an arranged marriage. After a devastating period during her divorce, she was left to care for 3 of her young children. As a single mom.
That was the beginning of LADYBUG., She developed the idea of Ladybug Driving School in 2003 through Douglas College. Her primary vision was to empower women and individuals who were facing hardship to get the basic goal of being a driver.
Since then, Kaniz was actively involved with the community and has supported and awarded, a non-profit organization including MADD Greater Vancouver Chapter. She was also recognized in the 2010 ICBC annual report.
As a certified Life Coach. She is constantly developing and refining new idea’s for her company, students, friends, and family. Living in British Columbia, Canada, she enjoys traveling, gardening, entertaining, and most of all her children and grandchildren Kayden and Amaya.

In my own experience as a single mom and an entrepreneur for over 30 years, I recognize the benefits and blessings of living the life of an entrepreneur”
